Abstract
Scholarly articles open access has been widely promoted in recent years as a measure to deal with the difficulties of academic journals big deal. This article analyzes the background of Plan S proposed by cOAlition S, lists the main contents of Plan S, analyzes the disputes caused by the Plan S, and discusses the strategies to deal with the influence of Plan S in developing information resources.关键词
