摘要
Abstract
Russian Federation Government has issued National Digital Library Regulations, Object Selection Method of National Digital Library and it’s appendix Document Classification Rules as the Object of National Digital Library, these are the concretization of the provisions of digital library in the Federal Law on Librarianship and other relevant laws. This article analyzed the Institutional Guarantee and Inspiration of Digital Library Construction in Russian on legal guarantee, organizational guarantee, financial guarantee, measure guarantee, intellectual property protection, operation guarantee and free use of knowledge space construction, etc. I hope it will be helpful to the practice of digital library in China.关键词
