摘要

Abstract

Multiphase CTA (mCTA), a new imaging technology, can dynamically show three-phase intracranial vascular imaging, including peak arterial phase, peak venous phase and late-venous phase. mCTA is often used to evaluate vascular permeability by characteristic spot sign at different time phases, the state of collateral circulation, and thrombus length and perviousness. The efficacy and prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis can be evaluated by comprehensive imaging features on mCTA. This article reviewed the advances in the application of mCTA in diagnosis and assessment of ischemic stroke, including collateral circulation assessment, vascular permeability, thrombus perviousness and length etc.
