摘要

Abstract

Vibration analysis of planetary gearboxes is of great significance in engineering design, and it is particularly important to establish a convenient and accurate model. In this paper, the improved equivalent meshing size model considering the manufacturing error of the solar wheel misalignment is proposed. Based on the lumped parameter model, the dynamic differential equation of the planetary gearbox in a stationary coordinate system is established. And the influence of each excitation frequency on the internal excitation force of the gearbox system is discussed. The analytical solution is obtained by using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method based on the proposed nonlinear model of the system. Experiment result shows that this method can effectively and accurately find the characteristic frequencies of the system, and the distribution of the frequencies is close to that of the real situation. This model needs relatively less input only and is easy for solving and evaluating the frequency characteristics of the planetary gearboxes.
