Abstract
In engineering, the randomness of structural parameters can lead to the uncertainty of natural frequencies of the structure, and the natural frequency is one of the important factors affecting the vibration and noise of the structure. Therefore, it is especially important to study the uncertainty of the natural frequencies of the structure. This paper presents a natural frequency uncertainty evaluation method based on the response surface proxy model. Firstly, a finite element model is established for the car seat skeleton, and the design variables which have great influence on the natural frequency are selected by the experimental design so as to construct the response surface proxy model. Based on the structural randomness factors and the response surface proxy model, the influence of the design variables on the uncertainty and distribution of the first three natural frequencies of the car seat skeleton is analyzed. Finally, the results are verified by the combination of experimental design and Monte Carlo method. The results provide a theoretical guidance for determining the effects of different samples on the natural frequencies.关键词
