摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of insufficient noise reduction of a muffler, its acoustic performance is analyzed by means of the AML automatic matching layer method of Virtual. Lab acoustic finite element code, and the frequency domain distribution of the transmission loss of the muffler is obtained. The numerical method is applied to simulate the internal flow field of the muffler, the sound elimination effect of the muffler and the cause of the secondary noise are analyzed. Under the premise of controlling the certain pressure loss, the internal structure of the muffler is optimized, and the optimization goal of improving the muffler performance is achieved. A feasible numerical method is provided to improve the acoustic and aerodynamic performance of the muffler.
