Mechanism of Action Hydrolyzed Tannic Acid and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Tannic acid is a polyphenolic natural plant extract with strong biological and pharmacological activi?ties, which can be divided into hydrolyzed tannic acid and condensed tannic acid. Hydrolyzed tannic acid has astringency, anti?oxidative, antibacterial and anti?inflammation properties, which can improve growth perform?ance and intestinal health of livestock and poultry. This review focuses on the mechanism and application pros?pects of hydrolyzed tannic acid, which may provide a theoretical basis for its scientific application.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(9) :3991?3999]关键词
