摘要

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food to provide essential nutrients for the growth and development of newborn mammals. The breast milk can provide nutrition for newborn mammals, and also contain a large number of me?tabolites, which form a complex relationship between mother and newborn mammals. The application of meta?bonomic analysis in the research of breast milk can discover the changes of tiny molecular substances, and combined with bioinformatics analysis, key metabolic markers can be presented, as well the action mechanism of the nutrients on milk metabolism spectrum can be predicted. This paper summarized the literature on the ap?plication of metabonomics in human milk and bovine milk analysis, and combined with the other milk or metabolomics research, described the variation and effect factors of some low abundance differential metabo?lites in breast milk, and analyzed the potential research direction of breast milk in the future, in order to pro?vide new ideas for revealing the physiological mechanism of milk metabolites.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nu?trition, 2019, 31(9) :4000?4007]
