Inactivated Probiotics: Physiological Function and Application in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Inactivated probiotics are probiotics that are killed by physical or chemical methods and are no longer viable. They have the functions of enhancing immunity and preventing tumors, inhibiting inflammation and al?leviating allergy, adhesion and adhesion antagonism, and the production applications and some physiological functions are more advantageous than live bacteria. As a kind of feed additive, inactivated probiotics have a good application prospect in animal production, and have the effects of improving animal growth performance, improving product quality and improving animal immunity and so on. The main physiological functions of inac?tivated probiotics and their mechanism of action, and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the application of inactivated probiotics are detailedly reviewed in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis and instruction for its better application in animal production.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31 (9) :4016?4023]关键词
