L-瓜氨酸对小鼠体重及肠道菌群多样性的影响
Effects of L?Citrulline on Body Weight and Intestinal Flora Diversity of Mice

Abstract
This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of L?citrulline on body weight and intestinal flora diversity of mice. Thirty?two 20?day?old male Kunming small white mice with average body weight of (14.66±0.28) g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 2 mice per replicate. Un?der the same feeding condition and dietary nutrient level, mice in the trial group were given 1% L?citrulline 1 mL/( d·mouse) by gavage, and mice in the control group were given an equal amount of distilled water by gavage. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with the control group, the final weight of mice in trial group was increased by 29.35%( P=0.022) , the total weight gain was increased by 32.29%( P=0.046) , and the average daily gain was increased by 32.28%( P=0.048). 2) L?cit?rulline had no significant effects on abundances of intestinal flora at phylum level, family level, genus level and species level ( P>0.05 ). Gavage L?citrulline could and increase the abundances of Bacteroidetes ( P=0.21) , Actinobacteria ( P=0.65) , Verrucomicrobia ( P=0.18) , Melainabacteria ( P=0.42) and Tenericutes in intestine ( P=0.37). Therefore, under the condition of this experiment, gavage L?citrulline can improve the final weight, total weight gain and average daily gain of mice, change the flora composition at phylum level in cecum of mice, improve the abundances of Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Verrucomicrobia and Tenericutes.
