黑沙蒿多糖对大鼠生长性能及抗氧化功能的影响
Effects of Artemisia ordosica Polysaccharide on Growth Performance and Antioxidant Function of Rats

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Artemisia ordosica polysaccharide ( AOP) on growth performance and antioxidant function of rats. A total of 12 Wistar rats were randomly divid?ed into 2 groups with 6 rats per group. The rats in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in AOP group were fed a diet supplemented with 0.03% AOP on the basis of basal diet. The experiment period was 21 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, 1) diet supplemented with 0.03% AOP sig?nificantly increased the average daily gain ( ADG) and the ratio of gain to feed ( G/F) ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) , and there was no significant effect on the average daily intake ( ADFI) of rats ( P>0.05) ; 2) diet supplemen?ted with 0.03% AOP significantly increased serum triglycerides ( TG) , calcium ( Ca) and phosphorus ( P) contents ( P<0.05) , but significantly decreased serum alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) activity and the contents of urea (UREA) and creatinine ( CRE) of rats ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) ; 3) diet supplemented with 0.03%AOP significantly improved the activities of catalase ( CAT) and glutathion peroxidase ( GPx) and the expression levels of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) 1 and SOD2 genes in liver, the activities of SOD and GPx and the ex?pression levels of CAT, GPx1, SOD1 and SOD2 genes in spleen, total antioxidant capacity ( T?AOC) and SOD2 gene expression level in kidney of rats ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). In conclusion, diet supplemented with 0.03% AOP can promote the growth and antioxidant function of rats, and it is hopeful to be used as a natural plant source feed additive in animal diet.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(10) :4701?4709]关键词
