摘要

Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of rutin on growth performance, body composi?tion, non?specific immunity and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idella). A total of 135 healthy grass carp with an average body weight of (5.10±0.17) g were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 grass carp per replicate. Three kinds of experimental diets containing effective rutin at 0 ( control) , 97.4 ( low?dose) and 388.4 mg/kg ( high?dose) were fed grass carp in the 3 groups for 56 days, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group, added rutin into the diet could reduce hepatosomatic index ( HSI) and increase intestosomatic index ( ISI) of grass carp, and the HSI of grass carp in high?dose group and ISI of grass carp in low?dose group had significant differences ( P<0.05) ; otherwise, added rutin into the diet could significantly reduce viscerosomatic index ( VSI) of grass carp ( P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, added rutin into the diet could in?crease the whole?body crude protein content of grass carp, and it in low?dose group had significant difference ( P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, added rutin into the diet could significantly increase the liver lysozyme ( LZM) activity ( P<0.05 ) , and could significantly decrease the liver malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content of grass carp ( P<0.05) ; added low?dose of rutin into the diet could significantly increase the liver su?peroxide dismutase ( SOD) activity of grass carp ( P<0.05) ; added high?dose of rutin into the diet could sig?nificantly increase the liver catalase ( CAT ) and alkaline phosphatase ( AKP) activities of grass carp ( P<0.05) ; added rutin into the diet could increase the serum LZM activity, and there was a dose?effect relation?ship between them, it in high?dose group was significantly increased ( P<0.05) ; low?dose of rutin had a cer?tain promotive effect on serum AKP activity, but high?dose of rutin had an inhibition effect on serum AKP ac?tivity of grass carp, and it in high?dose group was significantly higher than that in control group and low?dose group ( P<0.05). 4) Compared with the control group, added rutin into the diet could increase the intestinal amylase (AMS) activity, and it in low?dose group had significant difference ( P<0.05); high?dose of rutin had an inhibition effect on intestinal trypsin ( PRS) activity, and it in high?dose group was significantly de?creased ( P<0.05). In summary, rutin has influences on non?specific immunity and intestinal digestion and ab?sorption of grass carp. Based on growth performance, taking into account the indices of body composition, non?specific immunity and intestinal digestive enzyme activities, rutin is suitable for low dose in the diet of grass carp.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(10) :4868?4876]
