Research on the Open and Sharing Mechanism of Special Resources with Subject Characteristics:Taking OAinONE Project as an Example

Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of open access, the open academic resources have become important basic knowledge of science and technology. This paper has done a research on the workflow and mechanism of open and sharing institute’s resources with subject characteristics, by analyzing OAinONE project developed coordinately by Institutes and National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, in order to provide references and suggestions on open and sharing more academic resources with subject characteristics, for the institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other third-party scientific research institutions. Drawing on the findings and conclusions of this study, we will promote the openness, co-construction and sharing of academic resources, and realize the sustainable development of an open knowledge resource system in the future.关键词
