摘要
Abstract
By investigating the rights and interests of different types of digital resources and considering the needs of library business, this paper proposes a service-oriented framework for describing the rights and interests of digital resources, including the general framework and supplementary rights and interests information for different types of resources. This framework is used for describing the rights and interests of commercial digital resources, open resources and self-built digital resources acquired by libraries. At the same time, this framework is applied to put forward the suggestion of "establishing the right information supporting from the input of resources to the output of resources" to respond to the work flow of library services.关键词
