湘西州烤烟质量风格特征评价
Quality and style characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from Xiangxi

Abstract
In order to investigate the quality and style characters of flue-cured tobacco from Xiangxi, tobacco leaf samples (C3F) were collected from typical Xiangxi tobacco-planting areas. The results showed that the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco (C3F) from Xiangxi were relatively high, the contents of total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine were within suitable ranges, and the nicotine content was relatively high. Sensory evaluation results indicated that the samples had better aroma quality, plentiful aroma quantity and higher quality degree mainly from middle + to better-. The main aroma notes were hay-like and pure-sweetness scent with the characters of pure and rich medium inclining to robust"fragrance-sweet scent". Taking nicotine, reducing sugar, sugar/nicotine ratio,nitrogen/nicotine ratio, aroma quality, aroma quantity, aftertaste, offensive odor and irritation as the key quality indexes of Xiangxi tobacco leaves, the style of tobacco leaves from Xiangxi were divided into 3 types: typical fragrance-sweet scent, subtypical fragrance-sweet scent and atypical fragrance-sweet scent.关键词
