Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were enrolled in the outpatient clinic of our community health service center from March 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into two groups,and 43 cases in the control group were given routine nursing measures,43 cases in the observation group underwent high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.And the clinical effects of nursing interventions of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose levels of HbA1c,FPG,and 2hPBG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=3.119 2,3.036 8,4.268 3,P＜0.05,respectively).The levels of prescribed medication,suitable exercise,reasonable diet,and blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=5.634 8,7.339 6,6.637 0,5.904 6,P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate on nursing intervention in the observation group was 96.72％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.72％) (x2=4.961 5,P=0.025 9).Conclusion Community care intervention can significantly regulate blood glucose levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),effectively improve patients' compliance and nursing satisfaction.关键词
