Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of continuing care in laser treatment for facial hypertrophic scar.Methods 60 patients with facial hypertrophic scar from May,2017 to April,2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given usual care;the observation group was given continuing care.The effect of continuing care in laser treatment for facial hypertrophic scar was evaluated by comparing the following three indexes:patient satisfaction,treatment compliance,and incidence of wound healing associated complications.Results The score of patient satisfaction in the observation group was (86.43-±3.49),all patients were compliant with treatment,and there were no wound healing associated complications.The score of patient satisfaction in the control group was (75.13±3.12),53.3％ of the patients were compliant with treatment,and the incidence of wound healing associated complications was 20.0％.The three indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuing care in laser treatment for facial hypertrophic scar has advantages such as increasing patient satisfaction and compliance with treatment and reducing incidence of wound healing associated complications,and which is worthy of promotion.关键词
