我国不同生态区云烟97烟叶主要品质性状差异分析
Analysis on the Main Quality Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Yunyan97 in Different Ecological Regions of China

Abstract
In order to understand the main quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan97 in different ecological regions of China, we systematically analyzed and compared the differences on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco Yunyan97 in three typical ecological regions, including Qujing, Yunnan (delicate-fragrance tobacco area), Bijie, Guizhou (mid-delicate- fragrance tobacco area), and Wulong, Chongqing (mid-fragrance tobacco area). The results indicated that the comprehensive score of the quality in Bijie, Guizhou was the highest. The scores of hay fragrance, aroma temperament, aroma volume, and permeability in the middle leaves in Guizhou were significantly higher than those of Yunnan and Chongqing. Moreover, the contents of reducing sugar and fume concentration in Guizhou were significantly higher than those of Chongqing; The appearance quality in Qujing ,Yunnan was the best, with total scores in nitrogen content, nitrogen-base ratio, and the fume’s fluttering sense in the central leaves were significantly higher than those of Guizhou and Chongqing. Moreover, the scores in fume concentration and momentum were in the middle and delicate-fragrance characteristic was remarkable in Yunnan; The appearance quality in Wulong, Chongqing was in the middle, with the scores of total plant alkali content, smoke irritancy, dryness, and suspension sensation in central leaves were significantly higher than those in Yunnan and Guizhou. However, the scores in sugar-alkali ratio and aftertaste in Chongqing were significantly lower than those in Yunnan and Guizhou, and the mid-fragrance characteristic was remarkable. From Yunnan to Guizhou through the direction of Chongqing, the sweetness and fragrance, and the fume’s fluttering sense of the flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan97 weakened gradually, and its woody fragrance as well as fume suspension feeling increased gradually.关键词
