Optimization and evaluation of intravenous thrombolytic process involved by stroke emergency nurses in patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the optimization and effect of intravenous thrombolytic process involved by stroke emergency nurses in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Methods The time differences between the time nodes:door-to-imaging (DTI),imaging check-to-needle (ITN),visit-to-needle-to-needle time (DNT),and follow-up to stroke unit time (T2) and the NINDS standard time in the emergency intravenous thrombolytic process involving 27 stroke nurses from October,2018 to March,2019 in our hospital were compared.Results Stroke nurses participating in the AIS intravenous thrombolysis rate reached 100％.SPSS correlation analysis showed that the times of emergency thrombolysis were door-to-imaging (DTI),imaging Check-to-needle (ITN),visit-to-needle-to-needle time (DNT),and follow-up to stroke unit time (T2),which were significantly shorter than NINDS standard time (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Emergency placement of stroke nurses as the first responders and throughout the AIS thrombolysis treatment of green channels can significantly reduce the time of thrombolytic therapy in patients with AIS.关键词
