Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided cold circulation microwave ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods Eighty-four cases of adenomyosis diagnosed and treated by ultrasound-guided cold circulation microwave ablation in our hospital from January to December,2017 were selected as study objects. All the patients were followed up every 3 months after the operation. The uterine volume, dysmenorrhea score,Hb level,UFS-QOL score, and complications were evaluated. Results The uterine volume was significantly lower after than before the treatment, with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).The patients' dysmenorrhea score was significantly better after than before the treatment, with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).The Hb level was significantly higher after than before the treatment, with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).The scores of SSS and HRQL were significantly lower after than before the treatment, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05).No class C or above complications occurred in all the patients. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided cold circulation microwave ablation for adenomyosis has good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve the patients' symptoms and signs, without serious complications.关键词
