Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of group cognitive behavior therapy combined with repetitive transskull magnetic stimulation in the treatment of biphasic affective disorder.Methods From January,2018 to February,2019,90 patients with biphasic affective disorder were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with repeated transskull magnetic stimulation,and the observation group with group cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of Young's mania rating scale (YMRS) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17) were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the scores of FAST,YMRS,and HAMD-17 between these two groups before the treatment.After the treatment,the scores of FAST,YMRS,and HAMD-17 were (27.94±3.62),(15.3 1±4.29),and (9.67±2.35) in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The combination of group cognitive behavior therapy and repeated transskull magnetic stimulation in the treatment of biphasic affective disorder can improve the patients;cognitive function,social function,depression,mania and other adverse emotions,as well as their prognosis.关键词
