PICC对比浅静脉留置针在肿瘤患者放化疗中的应用
PICC versus superficial veinindwelling needle for cancer patients treated with chemo-radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of intravenous infusion for patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 62 cancer patients treated in our hospital from January,2018 to May,2019 were collected,and were divided into group A (superficial vein indwelling needle;n=31) and B group (PICC;n=31).The frequencies of phlebitis,allergy,and infection and the average nursing cost of the two groups were recorded.The treatment time and average nursing cost of the two infusion methods and their complications were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).12 cases had complications (mainly phlebitis) in group A.More cases had phlebitis in group A than in group B (P ＜ 0.05).11 cases occurred complications (mainly allergy) in group B.More cases had allergy in group B than in group A (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Superficial vein indwelling needle infusion is recommended during chemo-radiotherapy;and PICC is feasible after radiotherapy,which is beneficial for reducing phlebitis and other complications during chemotherapy.关键词
