Abstract

In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control during the second mining period of the mining roadway with large cross-section and double roadway layout in deep mine, taking 6203 working face air return roadway of Liuzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background, firstly, the deformation characteristics of roadway were analyzed based on the actual observation. That is to say, roadway deformation during stoping shows that floor heave is larger than roof subsidence, coal pillar wall deformation is much larger than the asymmetric shape of solid coal wall, and roadway floor and coal pillar wall rock deformation is the most serious. On this basis, the influences of roadway pillar, surrounding rock stress, surrounding rock strength and support form on roadway floor heave are analyzed. It is considered that the small size of coal pillar and unreasonable supporting parameters are the main causes of roadway failure and deformation. The bottom heave control technology of changing the size of coal pillar, optimizing the supporting parameters of roadway, local grouting and setting unloading pressure trough is proposed. The engineering practice shows that the new support scheme can effectively control the roadway surrounding rock and has good safety, technical and economic benefits.
