Cause Analysis and Treatment of Gas-Containing Shutdown of Heat Conducting Oil System in Yazhan Station

Abstract
Yazhan heat conducting oil system is divided into medium temperature heat conducting oil system and high temperature heat conducting oil system. High temperature heat conducting oil is provided directly by heat conducting oil furnace. High temperature heat conducting oil flows into heat medium furnace through three high temperature heat conducting oil circulating pumps, and after heating, high temperature heat conducting oil enters each high temperature user to provide heat. Medium temperature heat conducting oil uses high temperature oil and medium temperature oil returning through two medium temperature heat conducting oil circulating pumps. Regulating valves are mixed in a certain proportion to obtain medium temperature heat conducting oil, which can provide heat for each medium temperature user. Recently, two heat medium furnaces were shut down, high temperature heat conducting oil circulating pumps and medium temperature heat conducting oil circulating pumps were shut down, and gas processing units were shut down due to the non-release of gas in heat conducting oil system, which resulted in production failure of light hydrocarbons and liquefied gas and hydrocarbon dew point of external gas transmission exceeding the standard with quite serious impact on the downstream external gas transmission pipeline. Through the analysis and treatment of all kinds of influencing factors on the gas content in the heat conducting oil system, the causes of the gas content in the heat conducting oil system are found out, and relevant suggestions are put forward for improvement, which provides reference for the treatment of gas-containing shutdown of heat conducting oil system in other petroleum and petrochemicals companies.关键词
