Abstract

In order to solve the issue of the environmental impact of increasing combustion temperature due to aerobic combustion and meet the higher temperature tolerance requirements for combustion devices and nitrogen oxide generation, the aerobic combustion test is carried out. The high-temperature and durable material selection is solved by establishing an aerobic combustion test platform. The design of the method of controlling nitrogen oxide generation and testing device are solved as well. In the design of oxygen-rich combustion test platform, the calculation of combustion "3 T" process, the setting up of swirling flow, cold film protection and different intake ways are discussed to control the temperature, adapt to the refractory tolerance temperature and control the formation of nitrogen oxides. In order to obtain accurate data and research, on-line detection is realized by means of flue gas on-line detection system technology and GC-MS (Gas Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry ) on oxygen rich test platform. Through the analysis and discussion on the design and parameter monitoring of aerobic combustion test platform, a method for design of aerobic combustion test platform is proposed and technical support is provided for industrial application.
