雪茄烟主流烟气指标测定及稳定性分析
Index measurement and stability analysis of mainstream cigar smoke

Abstract
Commercial cigars are a diverse product category. In turn their mainstream smoke analysis has been challenging. There are very limited testing experiences and few standardized methods used for cigar products and their smoke testing. In order to improve the analysis method of mainstream cigar smoke, 16 cigar samples were selected from domestic and foreign markets, and the routine chemical indexes, including TPM, tar, nicotine, CO and H2O, of mainstream smoke of these samples were determined in 3 domestic laboratories. The obtained data were compared with the results of CORESTA recommended methods and those determined in the 1st-12th cigar collaborative studies by CORESTA Cigar Group. The results showed that: 1) The larger the diameters of the test cigars were, the worse the smoke index stability would be. 2) In this study, the smoke index stability of domestic cigar samples was slightly better than those of abroad samples. 3) The pre-test conditioning method for cigars needed to be improved. 4) Compared to the analysis of cigarette mainstream smoke, the test results of cigar smoke differed greatly, and outlier detection should be carried out as a part of the data treatment protocol. The standard deviations of the method used in this study were lower than the reproducibility data and close to or slightly lower than the CORESTA repeatability data, which indicated the detailed operation methods adopted in this study was helpful to reduce test method variability.关键词
