解淀粉芽孢杆菌11B91对藜麦生长影响的初探
Preliminary Study on the Effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 11B91 on the Growth of Chenopodium quinoa Willd
摘要
Abstract
Plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR) can promote plant growth, hence stimulating agricultural development. Chenopodium quinoa Willd is a whole-protein cereal with high edible and medicinal values and broad development prospect. This research assessed the effects of the PGPR strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 11B91 on the growth of C, quinoa seedlings under both normal conditions and salt (NaC1) stress. The results showed that the treatment with B. amyloliquefaciens 11B91 significantly (P<0.05) increased the root length of C. quinoa seedlings by 31.19%, the stem length by 6.26%, the dry weight by 300%, and the fresh weight by 50.96% in relation to the control treatment with LB. Under 0, 150, and 300 mmol/L salinity, the treatment with B amyloliquefaciens 11B91 resulted in significant (P < 0.05) increases in the stem length by 21.54%, 49.36%, and 39.12%, respectively; in the fresh weight of roots by 182%, 200%, and 533%, respectively; and in the fresh weight of above-ground plant parts by 45.46%,26.58%, and 39.58%, respectively, in relation to the control. Moreover, under the stress of 300 mmol/L salinity, the treatment with B amyloliquefaciens 11B91 caused significant (P < 0.05) increases in the root length by 172%, in the dry weight of above-ground plant parts by 144%, and in the dry weight of roots by 266% as compared with the control.关键词
