Grid-connected Power Smoothing Strategy for Photovoltaic-energy Storage System Based on the Improved Steepest TD and DOBC

Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the grid-connected power in the photovoltaic-energy storage system, a smoothing strategy for the energy storage system based on the improved steepest TD algorithm and DOBC principle was proposed. Firstly,the phase-compensated fastest TD algorithm was used to realize grid-connected power tracking. Secondly,a first-order disturbance observer was designed to obtain the target output power of the energy storage system. Finally,the energy storage system was constrained to avoid overcharging,overdischarging,and sudden changes in the output of the battery. Simulation and real micro-grid system experiments show that compared with the traditional strategy,the proposed strategy has the advantages of timely tracking response,superior smoothing effect,and small fluctuation of energy storage power,and it has the engineering application value.关键词
