Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive transthoracic device closure guided by echocardiography in the treatment of congenital heart disease.Methods From March,2016 to March,2019,68 cases were chosen.Among them,40 had atrial septal defect (ASD),25 ventricular septal defect (VSD),and 3 patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).These patients were treated with minimally invasive transthoracic device closure under the monitoring of transoesophageal echocardiogram.Results 64 cases got successful closure,3 cases were transferred for conventional thoracotomy,and 1 case had occluder displacement.1 case got atrioventricular block,and 1 had postoperative bleeding and needed thoracotomy.Conclusions Minimally invasive transthoracic device closure guided by echocardiography in the treatment of congenital heart disease is effective.关键词
