Abstract
Objective To explore the construction of pharmaceutical care platform,to realize the transformation of pharmaceutical care mode,and to improve the level of pharmaceutical care.Methods With the concept of patient-centered and rational drug use as the core of pharmaceutical care,WeChat pharmaceutical care platform is built by integrating many contents such as pharmaceutical administration,pharmaceutical information,and clinical pharmaceutical care with the help of Internet information technology.Results The construction and application of WeChat pharmaceutical care platform have realized the transformation of pharmaceutical care mode and greatly improved the level and quality of pharmaceutical care in our hospital.Conclusion Internet information technology plays an important role in improving hospital pharmacy management and pharmaceutical care.关键词
