Abstract
Objective To contrast and analyze the effect of automatic single-dose dispensing machine in hospitalized pharmacy.Methods The speed and error rate of oral single-dose administration of neonatal department inpatients in our hospital were studied.The control group was artificially administered from 2018.10.3 to 2018.12.31,and the research group was fully automatic from 2019.1.1 to 2019.3.31.The changes in the efficiency and quality of oral single-dose drug administration in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital before and after the use of the automatic single-dose dispensing machine were compared and analyzed.Results The average time for single-dose oral administration before and after using the automatic single-dose dispensing machine were 14.1 s and 7.9 s,respectively,and the match rates were 98.97％ and 99.80％,respectively.The efficiency of dispensing machine and the qualified rate of dispensing quality were significantly higher than those of manual dispensing,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of the automatic single-dose dispensing machine in hospitalized pharmacy helps to improve the efficiency of deployment and the error rate of deployment.关键词
