Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in older patients. Methods 83 older patients with COPD and OSAHS from November 2016 to January 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. The control group (41 cases) received the routine nursing and health education. The observation group (42 cases) received the intervention with rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up. After two months, the pulmonary function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were documented. Results After interven-tion, the proportion of pulmonary function level 0 was higher in the observation group than that in the control group ( P <0. 01). There were significant differences in the score of quality of life and the satisfaction degree between the two groups (P<0. 05). Con-clusion Rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up is helpful to improve the pulmonary function, increases the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in older patients with COPD and OSAHS.
