青蒿琥酯抗生殖系统肿瘤作用及其机制的研究进展★
Research Progress in the Anti-Tumor Effect and Mechanism of Artesunate on Reproductive System Related Tumors ★
摘要
Abstract
Artesunate (ART) is one of the semi-synthetic derivatives of artemisinin. It is mainly used to treat cerebral malaria and to rescue various severe malaria patients. Artesunate also has immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects. In recent years, artesunate has been found effective against endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and other malignant tumors, mainly by inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis of tumor cells. Thus, it provides a new research direction for the treatment of malignancy, especially for patients who are resistant to chemotherapy. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the research progress in the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of artesunate on reproductive system related malignant tumors.关键词
