B超引导下改良塞丁格PICC穿刺技术在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用★
Application of PICC Catheterization with Modified Seldinger Technique Under the Guidance of B-mode Ultrasound in Chemotherapy Patients★

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of PICC catheterization with modified Seldinger technique under the guidance of B-mode ultra-sound on cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-five patients underwent the PICC in our hospital were selected and grouped by random number table. The control group (n=47) got PICC catheterization with the conventional technique, while the observation group (n=48) got it with B-mode ultrasound-guided modified Seldinger technique. The indwelling conditions, complications and comfort level of patients were evaluated and compared between these two groups. Results The puncturing time was shorter in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). The bleeding volume and pain scores of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). The one-time success rate was higher in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was obviously lower than in control group (P<0.05). Lastly, the observation group got higher comfort level than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The B-mode ultrasound-guided modified Seldinger technique can effectively increase the one-time success rate of PICC placement, shorten the puncturing time, reduce the complication rate and improve the comfort level. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
