摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the allocation methods of docetaxel injection and epirubicin hydrochloride for injection, so as to improve work efficiency and to ensure the safety of medication for patients. Methods Respectively investigate the effects of allocation ambient tempera-ture, operating methods and the dosage of special solvent on the dissolution rate of docetaxel injection, and respectively investigate the effects of solvent type, operation methods and the dosage of initial solvent on the dissolution rate of epirubicin hydrochloride for injection. Results After mixed with 1.5 mL special solvent at 25 ℃, the docetaxel injection was immediately shaken in clockwise or anticlockwise direction for 30 seconds and repeated such shake in every other minute. As a consequence, the configurable rate of docetaxel injection was effectively improved within 5 minutes. As for the epirubicin hydrochloride for injection, it was initially mixed with 8 mL solvent which is made up of 5% glucose injection, then shaken immediately with medical oscillator for 1 minute. And in such case, its configurable rate can be effectively improved within 60 seconds. Conclusion The time required for the dissolution of docetaxel and the drug residue can be reduced by optimizing the ambient temperature, improving the operation method and ensuring sufficient initial solvent. By optimizing the type and the dosage of initial solvent and improving operation methods, the time required for the dissolution of epirubicin can be reduced, the work efficiency can be improved, and the safe and reasonable clinical medication can be ensured to the patients.
