摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the pharmacological monitoring for a patient with lung adenocarcinoma who is allergic to nedaplatin and cisplatin. Methods Taking a case of allergic reactions to nedaplatin and cisplatin but not allergic to carboplatin as an entry point, the related literatures were reviewed to analyze the causes of platinum allergic reactions and the corresponding treatment measures. Results Clinical pharmacists made full use of pharmacy knowledge, and timely dealt with allergic reactions with enhanced awareness of pharmaceu-tical care, and so that ensured the safety of patients. Conclusion It is conducive to patients to have safe and effective drug that clinical phar-macists participate in pharmaceutical monitoring and provide pharmacy services actively.关键词
