摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features, diagnosis and treatment of sarcoma induced by radiotherapy of na-sopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A case of sarcoma after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was reported and related literatures were reviewed. Results The secondary tumor occurred in the field which was treated with radiotherapy 13 years ago. The pathological type was undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, which had a high grade of malignancy and poor prognosis. Conclusion Researches on radiation-induced sarcomas have aroused extensive concern and further understanding.关键词
