摘要
Abstract
Taking the ZL30B type wheel loader hydraulic steering system as the research object,the modeling and simulation analysis of the system is completed. First,the principle of the system is introduced and its mathematical model is established. Then, based on the relationship between the turbine throttle holes and distribution slots,the measuring motor and rotary valve are equiva-lent to hydraulic cylinder and sliding valve respectively.Then the dynamic model of the steering gear is built in the HCD Library of AMEsim software,and the load of the steering hydraulic cylinder is obtained based on the test data,and the simulation is carried out on this basis. Finally,the simulation and measured data are compared with each other,which verifies the correctness of the sim-ulation model of the full hydraulic steering system.关键词
