海上编队法理斗争中自动喊话系统应用研究
Research on the Application of Automatic Calling System in the Jurisprudence of Maritime Formation
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,peripheral issues such as the South China Sea in the East China Sea have become a major concern for the interaction and game between China and neighboring countries and even outside countries. Maritime military operations in-volve a wider and wider range of areas. As a basic military legal struggle,maritime slogan accurately and efficiently affects the exter-nal image of our navy and the advancement of jurisprudence in military struggle. In recent years,the research results of domestic scholars on the issue of marine rights protection,through the analysis and demonstration of the status quo and feasibility of the sea call,the organization process of the automatic call system is studied,and the benefit type of the automatic call system is analyzed. The design and application of the automatic call-out system in the legal formation of the maritime formation will help to see what it is and make up for it,so as to better safeguard the legal rights of the sea.关键词
