高原寒区作战油料保障能力分析与评估
Analysis and Evaluation of Combat Oil Support Ability in Plateau Cold Region
摘要
Abstract
Oil is the important material basis for the formation of combat effectiveness of the troops,and its support ability has a crucial impact on the outcome of the war. In order to understand the current situation of operational oil support capability in the cold region of the plateau,targeted measures are put forward to improve the combat oil support capability of the plateau cold region. Through on-the-spot investigation and research,based on the reality of cold and combat fuel supply in plateau,operational oil sup-port capability evaluation index system is constructed,using AHP to determine the weight of each assessment index,then compre-hensive evaluation of combat oil support capability in the cold region of the plateau is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the evaluation results,suggestions on how to improve the combat oil support capacity of the plateau cold re-gion are put forward,which provides theoretical support for the combat oil supply in the plateau cold region.关键词
