摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the thermal state model of aerospace wire performance degradation mechanism,it thinks local thermal stress is the common cause of dominant fault,stable temperature rating of the wire and the working current value caused by heat load,the performance of thermal conductivity of insulation materials and associated cooling path,the wiring way is practical factors that affect coefficient of heat transfer and the cooling surface area of. By analyzing the infrared characteristics of wiring mode under different thermal loads,the method of determining its thermal state by obtaining the surface temperature spectrum is proposed. The relatively stable temperature rise and overflow rate are taken as evaluation indexes,which can describe the sensitivity of laying mode to thermal factor in detail and realize quantitative evaluation.关键词
