摘要

Abstract

The AD9914 is a high-performance direct digital frequency synthesis chip of Analog Devices company. According to the design requirements of a radar product,a digital frequency synthesis signal source is designed and fabricated by using this chip and FPGA,realizing asignal source for broadband high-speed radar. Finally,various parameters of the signal source are test-ed,and the actual performance indexes are analyzed and summarized according to the measured results.
