摘要

Abstract

The development of new energy technologies is an effective way to reduce the dependence on fossil fuels and solve pollution emissions. However, large-scale new energy integration will also affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In order to study the impact of new energy and grid-connected power represented by wind power and electric vehicles on power dispatch, a multi-objective dynamic environmental economic security dispatch model that takes into account factors such as grid operating costs, pollution emissions, and daily load variances is established and based on decomposition. A multi-objective evolutionary algorithm(MOEA/D-M2M)is used for scheduling analysis. A simulation study is conducted on a 10-machine system with wind power and electric vehicles connected to the grid to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model and method.
