肝癌AASLD、EASL、JSH指南及中国诊疗规范的比较
Comparison of AASLD,EASL&JSH Guidelines and Chinese Criteria for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignant tumor, which seriously endangers people's health. Because evidences in and values of authoritative clinical guidelines are different, it is necessary to compare the backgrounds, research into and cognition in representative guidelines worldwide. American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD), European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), Japan Society of Hepatology guidelines and Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of HCC are representative and influential guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of HCC worldwide. There are some similarities and differences in the diagnosis and treatment of HCC. In this pa-per, AASLD, EASL, JSH and Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of HCC are compared and analyzed from four aspects:staging, screening & monitoring, diagnosis and treatment, so as to play a guiding role in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of HCC in China.关键词
