基于图书馆座位管理系统的用户行为分析
An Analysis of Multiple-Way User Behaviors of Academic Library Seat Reservation System

Abstract
With the breakdown of mobile techniques, mobile ways of space services in academic libraries have been developed in recent years. It is important to understand the differences of user behaviors among different service ways for better services. Based on the library marketing theory, a user behavior model which is user specific and service way specific is rendered. The model takes user viscosity, user activity and user output as indicators, divides users and ways to different classes, and uses descriptive analysis, clustering and multivariate analysis of variance methods. The model is applied in the 2.5-year-long records of seat reservation system collected by Beijing Normal University Library, and strategies including an improvement of mobile service advertisement and a personalized recommendation based on the seat clustering results are suggested.关键词
