社会化问答中回答者在线互动行为对信息采纳影响的实证分析
An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Answers’ Online Interactive Behavior on Information Acceptance in Socialized Question Answering

Abstract
As the recognition of respondents’ knowledge contribution, information adoption affects the enthusiasm of users’ knowledge sharing in Q&A community. Online interaction plays an important role in the process of information adoption, so it is of practical significance to study the impact of online interaction on information adoption. This paper took the Q&A of Zhihu as the research sample, integrated the online interaction theory on the basis of the information adoption model, fully considered the key role of responsiveness, and used the negative binomial regression method to analyze the direct impact and regulatory effect of online interaction on information adoption. The research showed that the online interaction factors (interaction quantity, response timeliness and richness) had positive effects on information adoption, and had different regulatory effects on information quality and information source reliability. The results of this study provide clear impact mechanism and practical suggestions for social Q&A community and its users.关键词
