某重载牵引车传动系统扭振试验研究与分析
Experimental Study and Analysis of Driveline Torsional Vibration of a Heavy Haul Vehicle
摘要
Abstract
In view of the serious setback and vibration in some gears and speed sections of a heavy-haul traction vehicle, the whole vehicle test is designed and conducted. The speed changes of the engine flywheel and the transmission gear, and the acceleration values of the other positions are collected. Through order analysis, frequency analysis and mutual comparison of the results, it is found that the second order vibration of multiple gears in the drive shaft is particularly obvious when the vehicle is traveling in high gear. It can be basically determined that the vibration of the transmission system is caused by the drive shaft and universal joint. The problem of vehicle jitter is solved by replacing the drive shaft and the universal joint.关键词
