负序和谐波条件下电能计量方式合理性分析
Rationality of Electric Energy Metering with Negative-sequence and Harmonic

Abstract
At present,electric energy metering is still controversial under situations with negative-sequence and har?monic. In this paper,electrified railway is taken as a research object,and the current definitions including power fac?tor,arithmetic power factor,vector power factor and equivalent power factor,are introduced from the aspect of adjust?ing electricity charge with power factor;in addition,the rationality of the definition of power under negative-sequence and harmonic conditions is also compared and analyzed. Finally,the application characteristics of different apparent power definition methods were analyzed based on simulation and measurement data. The results showed that the equiva?lent apparent power factor can better reflect the influences of negative-sequence and harmonic in the traction power supp-ly system on the power grid,and its applicability and rationality are much more wider.关键词
