摘要

Abstract

To give full play to the initiative coordination capability of clean energy and multiple controllable components in active distribution network and improve the distribution network’total supply capacity(TSC),a bi-level supply ca?pacity model is proposed by taking into account both the flexible structure of active distribution network and the diversi?ty of participating units. The upper model improves the system’s power supply capacity by means of network reconfigu?ration,while the lower model models on the uncertainty of multitype participating units with the objective of adjusting cost,and digs the potential of improving the power supply capacity of active distribution network with the orderly con?trol of multiple participating units. Next,to reduce the complexity in solving the model,the bi-level model is trans?formed into a single-level model by means of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker conditions,and an improved fireworks particle swarm optimization(FPSO)algorithm is put forward to compute active distribution network’s total power supply load. At last,an improve IEEE 33-node system is used to verify the proposed bi-level model and the corresponding algo?rithm,and simulation results show that they are correct and valid.
