摘要

Abstract

Considering that the unbalanced distribution of three-phase loads in a low-voltage distribution network gives rise to a serious impact on the devices in the distribution network and the high-quality power consumption by users,a power balance optimization algorithm and the corresponding device were designed based on instantaneous reactive pow?er control. First,the instantaneous symmetrical component method was analyzed,and it was further selected as a control strategy to realize the negative-and zero-sequence currents in the real-time compensation of unbalanced current. Then, through building simulation and experimental platforms,the correctness of the control strategy was proved. Finally,typi?cal power-station networks under operation were selected. The operation results showed that the designed device had bet?ter control performance,and it can effectively improve the power quality as well as the power factor;with the use of GPRS wireless communication and the real-time detection of background monitoring software,the system can provide reference information about the adjustment of loads in power-station networks.
